We run 3 shows a year at which members exhibit their veg, fruit, flowers, home baking, flower arranging & craft work. There is a Spring Show, Summer and Autumn Shows. We also organise talks and visits. New members are always welcome – please contact Ted or Tamara for more details. You don’t have to grow to the standard of Chelsea Flower show – just do your best and join in and have some fun! Can you grow the heaviest pumpkin, potato, swede or marrow for the Autumn Show? We also have classes specifically for children up to the age of 11 years old after which they take their chance in the main classes!
If you’re not into the growing etc, the Summer & Autumn Shows at Wingham Village Hall are still worth a visit to see what others have achieved, and guests are always welcome at our other events.
